Christopher’s Complete Tissue & Bone product is described as a ‘synergistic combination of herbs for bones, flesh and cartilage’. The aim of this supplement is to support healthy skin, tissue, bones, nails, hair, teeth and gums. This is quite an impressive list of claims, so we were certainly intrigued to delve into what the formula offers to address such an extensive range of health topics.

Is Christopher’s Complete Tissue & Bone Effective?
Christopher’s Complete Tissue & Bone contains a proprietary blend with White Oak, Lungwort, Slippery Elm, Marshmallow root, Mullein leaf, Black Walnut, Gravel root, Wormwood, Plantain, Skullcap herb, Lobelia and Aloe Vera, a comprehensive yet exclusive list of herbs. While there are some ingredients in this list that certainly have a reputation for being beneficial for healthy teeth and gums, there are others that we question. White Oak and Wormwood helps target oral infections and also help prevent gingivitis. One of the stand-outs in this list of ingredients is Marshmallow root, as it is supposed to help combat gum disease, however seeing as there is no specified amount mentioned, it is impossible to discern how effective this ingredient will be. Slippery Elm and Plantain are meant to help soothe and alleviate discomfort in the mouth, while Skullcap, Lobelia and Aloe Vera helps reduce inflammation. We didn’t understand why the manufacturer included ingredients such as Lungwort, Mullein Leaf, Black Walnut or Gravel Root, mainly because we didn’t find much scientific evidence to back up any claims that these ingredients are beneficial for oral health. While we may find validation for some of these ingredients, without specific amounts, it is hard to verify how likely this product is to work.
Another key attribute that points to a product’s effectiveness are the customer reviews on the product as well as a satisfaction guarantee from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, Christopher’s Complete Tissue & Bone formula failed on both. We didn’t find any customer reviews on this product, nor does the manufacturer offer any sort of satisfaction guarantee.
